Uplift features my wellness and fitness practices and integrates them into a comprehensive, life-changing program. How does it work? Each week via the Uplift fitness program, you will spend a few weeks honing in on your fitness behaviors, establishing your goals, setting up a plan for success, addressing barriers, and choosing your area(s) of focus. Then we will come up with a 12 week workout program together. From there, our check ins will consist of evaluating progress, answering form and exercise specific questions, discussing what’s going well or not so well, adjusting where needed, and more.
